Our Simulator has been used by many “Real World” Pilots in preparation for Simulator check rides / interviews with major airlines.
Although built by ourselves the simulator is sufficiently accurate to practise the procedures required and at a fraction of the cost of hiring a full motion simulator.
The simulator has fully working controls Yoke, Rudders, Throttles, MCP, FMC, EFIS & EICAS and all displays accurately represent those seen in the real Boeing 747-400 it can also be flown on raw data. Also Power and Pitch settings closely resemble the real aircraft.
We have set up situations to resemble those
flown during Interviews including weather
and accurate visuals. The simulator has a
World wide Visual & Navigational database
so any procedures can be flown.
We must stress that although non of our
staff are qualified Airline Pilots we do have
a vast knowledge of the Boeing 747-400 and
Instrument procedures.
We can therefore act as First Officer or we
encourage you to bring along a friend or
colleague to do this for you at no extra cost.
We also encourage use of your own charts,
although these can be provided given prior
notice of the procedures you wish to fly.
